I've never done paper piecing before and these templates made it almost foolproof — the shaded sections tell you exactly where to place each fabric. Each pad giving me 42 blocks means I can finally finish the quilt I've been planning.

The shaded and numbered templates made my first paper pieced star come out perfectly points-matched, which never happens when I wing it. Paper is sturdy enough to sew through without tearing but pulls off clean afterward.

Forty-two blocks from one pad is way more than I expected, and the shaded, numbered sections made my first Woven Star come out with points that actually meet. Peeling the paper off was the easy part for once.
