I love that this pattern gives me three project options—quilt, table runner, or placemats—so I can use it over and over. The fabric guide for using three to five fabrics or a Layer Cake made choosing my stash super simple.

I made the table runner version with three fabrics and it came out way better than I expected for a beginner. The pattern pieces lined up perfectly, which honestly never happens for me. Already picking out fabric for the placemats next.

I used a Layer Cake for the scrappy version and the star points lined up way easier than I expected for a first attempt. The instructions cover quilts, runners and placemats all in one pattern, so I got three projects out of it. Already picking fabrics for a second one.
