كتاب A Flock of Feathered Stars بقلم Carolyn Cullinan McCormick

I put off feathered stars for years because they looked impossible, but the paper piecing patterns here break each one into sections I can actually handle. The Add-A-Quarter ruler method makes trimming the seam allowances so much faster. Seventeen blocks and I've only messed up one so far.

Finally, a book that makes those intricate feathered stars achievable with paper piecing! The 17 patterns are clearly explained, and the Add-A-Quarter ruler technique makes perfect points a breeze.

I've always shied away from Feathered Stars because of all those tiny points, but Carolyn's paper piecing method with the Add-A-Quarter ruler makes every seam line up perfectly. Already finished two of the 17 patterns and they look amazing.
