I’ve been piecing for years and this ruler combo finally makes the fold-back step feel effortless—the ¼" lip grips the fabric just right so trimming is spot-on every time. It’s become my go-to for foundation projects.

The tapered edge really grabs the paper fold crisply, and the 1/4" lip makes trimming seam allowances almost effortless—my foundation piecing has gotten noticeably faster. I've used a few other rulers, but this combo just clicks for me.

The 1/4" lip on the ruler makes trimming seam allowances quick and consistent, which saved me a lot of time on my latest quilt block. Only gripe is the tapered edge could be a touch sharper for creasing the paper.
