The coloring page included is such a nice bonus for planning fabric placement before cutting. My first foundation paper piecing project came together beautifully with the clear block templates.

The detailed foundation paper piecing instructions walked me through my first star quilt without a single seam-ripped moment, and the block templates are printed crisply enough to trace directly. I’ve already got the coloring page pinned to my desk for inspiration.

I’ve been wanting to try foundation paper piecing, and this pattern’s detailed instructions made my first star quilt come together without any frustration. The included block templates were a huge time-saver, and the coloring page helped me test out color combos before cutting into fabric.
