ANDOVER - Bridgeport by Jo Morton - Fancy Tartan - بني

The color is such a rich, warm brown that it practically glows in the daylight. I've already used it in a border and the tartan weave detail adds so much depth to the quilt.

I've been looking for a classic tartan plaid that reads as brown, not red, and this print is exactly what I needed for a fall quilt. The scale is more mini than I expected, which makes the pattern feel finer and more elegant than a standard tartan. Glad I ordered extra yardage.

The color depth on this brown tartan is gorgeous—it reads almost like a warm tweed up close. The weave texture in the print gives it nice dimension for my quilt blocks, and it pressed out perfectly flat without any fraying issues.
