The yellow courtyard pattern is so cheerful and vintage-feeling, and the cotton has a nice, crisp hand that pressed flat in one pass. I've already got it cut into masks for a quilt backing, love how bright it is.

The 44-inch width gave me plenty of room to fussy-cut the yarrow motifs for a quilt border, and the 100% cotton pressed up crisply with almost no wrinkling. The fabric's hand feels substantial without being stiff, exactly what I want for piecing and hand quilting.

I was pleasantly surprised by how soft this cotton fabric feels, and the vintage-inspired yellow courtyard design adds a perfect pop of cheerfulness to my quilt project. The pattern is a bit busier than I expected from the photo, but it still coordinates nicely with other prints.
