I love flipping the bacon while wearing this apron—the simple stitch and flip construction really does make it easy to move around the kitchen. The round hot pad that comes with it has already saved my counter from a hot baking sheet.

The square hot pad is a nice bonus, and the simple stitch-and-flip design makes it feel sturdy right out of the package. I’ve used it for flipping pancakes and it holds up well, though I wish the apron had a pocket.

The stitch-and-flip construction really is as easy as advertised—I had the apron pieced together in one afternoon, no fussing with bias tape. The round hot pad version is a nice bonus for grabbing skillet handles.
