The slate background really makes the orange pumpkins pop, and the fabric has a nice, crisp hand that pressed perfectly for my quilt blocks. It’s exactly the right weight for piecing without being too stiff, and the print is evenly colored across the yardage.

I paired this with a cream tone-on-tone for a table runner, and the slate backdrop really makes the pumpkins pop. The 100% cotton hand feels crisp and easy to work with.

The slate background gives these pumpkins a moodier, more sophisticated feel than your typical harvest print, and the fabric's hand is smooth without being too stiff—perfect for piecing. I've already cut into it for a table runner and the colors pop beautifully against neutral solids.
