I was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly the mitered stripe border matches up with the checkerboard center—it really elevates the whole table topper. The 5 Karat pack gives it a nice vintage feel without being too busy.

The 5 Karat checkerboard center looks fantastic, and the mitered stripe border frames it perfectly. I’m using it as a table topper for my sewing room and it lays flat with no puckering. The extra inner border adds just the right pop of contrast.

The mitered stripe border really makes the checkerboard center pop once it's all sewn together. I used it as a table topper and the 6x6 squares came out perfectly even, even for a beginner quilter. The 5 Karat pack gave me just enough fabric variety without being overwhelming.
