Chicks in a Row Quilt Pattern by Leila Gardunia

The little booklet is perfectly sized to keep by my machine, and the full-color photos make it easy to pick the chicken fabric combos. I started with the mini quilt and the traditional piecing came together so smoothly, already planning the runner next.

The step-by-step diagrams made piecing those tiny chicks a breeze, and I love how the runner size comes together so quickly for a spring table. My fabric choices really pop against that cheerful flower border.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clear, full-color diagrams in the booklet; they made the traditional piecing much easier to follow. The chick and flower blocks turned out exactly as shown, and the runner size was perfect for my dining table.
