I love that this pattern uses the Creative Grids Square on Square 6" Trim Tool — made cutting so much faster. The 6-hour project time was spot on for a weekend sew.

The fat quarter-friendly fabric requirements made it so easy to pull from my stash. The 6-inch trim tool saved me so much time squaring up each block. This pattern is perfect for an afternoon sewing session.

I love how quickly this pattern comes together—it only took me a lazy afternoon. The fat quarter layout is genius, and the 44" x 56" finished size is perfect for a lap quilt. My first time using the Creative Grids 6-inch trim tool, and it made the square-on-square blocks so precise.
