The fabric has a lovely, soft hand that made cutting and sewing a breeze, and the lapis color is rich without being overpowering. I’ve already used it in a quilt top, and it pairs beautifully with other prints from the collection.

The lapis blue is even deeper and more saturated in person, and the print has that hand-painted feel Carolyn Gavin is known for. I used it for a quilt backing and the fabric has a lovely, substantial hand that pressed out beautifully.

The color is a gorgeous rich blue that really pops, and the fabric has a lovely soft hand. I'm already planning a quilt around this print, it's perfect for the project.
