The tonal black print is subtle enough to blend into a quilt top, yet the little bug motifs still pop when you look closely. Fabric feels smooth and sturdy for piecing, and the yardage I ordered came perfectly on the bolt.

The black background really makes the subtle tonal bug and heart pattern pop. It’s soft enough to hand-quilt without any trouble. This is perfect for a whimsical baby quilt.

The tiny hearts and bugs pattern is barely visible in the low light, which makes it perfect for a subtle, textured look on my quilt. I really like how the black fabric feels sturdy enough for regular use, yet it still drapes nicely for a soft finish.
