HOFFMAN - 24/7-Linen - Plum

I was nervous about ordering fabric online, but this plum has a lovely matte finish that feels really nice for a cotton-polyester blend. It's holding up well after the first wash with no fraying, which is exactly what I needed for my quilting project.

The plum is deeper and richer in person than on screen, which makes me happy I ordered it. It’s got that nice linen texture that quilts up without being too stiff, and it pressed out beautifully.

I’ve already cut into it for a quilt backing and the plum shade is rich without being too dark, which is exactly what I needed. The 24/7-Linen weave feels substantial but still drapes nicely, so it’s working well for both piecing and a soft border.
