HOFFMAN - Bali Watercolors - Batik - Funnel Cake - K50140-

The beige and brown swirls in this batik blend perfectly with my neutral stash, and the fabric held its shape beautifully while piecing. I’m already planning a second project with it because the subtle texture adds just the right depth without overpowering the quilt.

The batik texture is surprisingly soft to the touch, making it easy to work with for my latest quilt. The subtle funnel cake colorway blends perfectly with my neutral fabric stash.

The color depth on this one is really nice in person—that beige-to-brown fade shifts as the fabric moves, which makes it way more interesting than a plain neutral. I used it as a backing for a lap quilt and the subtle texture does exactly what I hoped it would.
