HOFFMAN - Coffee Shoppe by Hoffman Challenge Batiks - Woody - K100220

The batik pattern on this Woody colorway has so much dimension up close—those hand-dyed layers give it a richness that reads almost like a painting. I’ve already got it cut for a quilt backing and the fabric feels sturdy without being stiff.

The hand-dyed depth in this Woody colorway is just gorgeous, with those subtle tonal shifts you only get from real batik technique. It feels supple and drapes beautifully, and I'm already planning a second project with it.

I wasn't expecting the batik to have such a nice, soft hand feel right out of the package. The woody brown tones are perfect for my current landscape quilt, and the color stayed true after a prewash.
