Ice Cream Cone Quilt DVD

I’m a total beginner at appliqué and the way Eleanor and Sue break down the waffle cone shapes made me feel like I could actually do it. The 51 minutes flew by because their banter is so fun, and now I’m itching to raid my fabric stash for ice cream prints.

The 51-minute runtime is just right for a single evening project, and the idea of using ice cream printed fabrics on a waffle cone border is genius. I've already picked out my fabrics and can't wait to try the appliqué technique Eleanor and Sue demonstrate.

I was a little skeptical about a quilting DVD, but the 51 minutes of viewing time is packed with such clever tips for appliquéing the waffle cones. Now I'm hunting for ice cream print fabrics to try it myself.
