The leaf pattern is crisp and clear, not muddy like some batiks I've tried. This spinach colorway is richer in person than on screen, and the fabric has a nice hand for quilting.

The spinach green in this blowing leaves print is even deeper in person, and the weave stayed crisp while I was cutting strips for a border. It pressed flat without any shifting, which made piecing the leaf motifs much easier than I expected.
