I love that this pattern comes in three sizes — I’m planning the lap quilt for my nephew and the queen for my own bed. The modern, funky vibe is exactly what I was hoping for, and the instructions are clear enough for an intermediate quilter to follow.

Three sizes in one pattern means I can make a matching baby quilt and a bigger one for my older kid later. The instructions for the 92-inch queen are laid out so clearly that even my first time quilting this style felt doable.

The three size options in one pattern mean I can make a matching baby quilt and a grown-up lap quilt without buying anything else, which is exactly what I needed. The 69" square lap size seems perfect for a tween who wants something cool, not cutesy.
