KAUFMAN - Grove by Catherine Marion - Slate

The handfeel of this quilting cotton is wonderfully smooth, and the slate gray has subtle depth that makes it perfect for a modern baby quilt. I've already started cutting into it for my project.

This slate colorway is so much richer in person than what I saw on screen, and the quilting cotton has a nice, soft hand right out of the package. The Grove print feels timeless and sophisticated, perfect for a fall quilt I'm piecing together.

The slate color is exactly what I was hoping for—the subtle tonal variation keeps it from feeling flat. It holds a crease well for piecing, and the weight is perfect for a simple patchwork throw.
