KAUFMAN - Kona Cotton - Rich Red

The color is exactly the deep, rich red I needed for my quilt, and the fabric feels nice and smooth after a pre-wash. It pressed up beautifully without any fraying issues, which I really appreciate for my piecing. Very pleased with how this turned out.

Finally had a chance to cut into this for a quilt backing, and the hand is so smooth and even—really easy to press without leaving shiny marks. The color is a deep, true red that looks just as vivid under my sewing light as it does in the package.

I was nervous the red would bleed in the wash, but this cotton held its color perfectly after the first rinse. The fabric's weight is just right for a quilting project, and the rich hue makes every stitch pop.
