MAYWOOD - Colorblock Party - Spaced Out - Poppy

I was a little worried the colorblock print might be too loud, but once I started cutting into it for a quilt top, the poppy shades really tie together nicely. The fabric feels sturdy yet soft, and it pressed flat without any fuss.

The colors pop beautifully against the white background, and the cotton feels nice and smooth for piecing. I used it to make a small tote bag and it held its shape perfectly through pressing.

I’ve already cut these squares into a baby quilt and the poppy shades are so vivid, they make me smile every time I walk into my sewing room. The cotton pressed out nicely and held its color even after a quick wash.
