This little template makes cutting those braid strips surprisingly quick, and I love that it handles both 1-inch and 1.5-inch widths. Played around with a 3-inch braid for a mug rug and it came out perfectly even.

I've been using this template to make braids from my fabric scraps, and it's so satisfying to see them come together perfectly. Being able to adjust the strip width between 1" and 1.5" gives me plenty of design flexibility for my quilts.

The template cuts cleanly and the instructions are clear, so even a beginner like me got perfect braid shapes on my first try. I love how the 1.5-inch strips made a chunky braid that really pops against my quilt blocks.
