The honeycomb pattern is crisp and the metallic sheen adds just enough depth without looking gaudy—it’s going to make a lovely quilt backing. Cut a fat quarter and it handled beautifully, no fraying issues at all.

That metallic finish really pops against the black honeycomb pattern—it’s got just enough shimmer to make the quilt top feel special without being flashy. The fabric handled beautifully through cutting and piecing, and I’m already planning a second project with the leftover yardage.

I’m using this black honeycomb metallic for a galaxy-themed quilt, and the subtle shimmer catches the light beautifully without being too flashy. It’s soft enough to hand-piece easily, which surprised me for a metallic print.
