The 10-inch squares are perfectly cut and the butternut and sage palette is so cohesive—I can already picture a whole quilt from just these 42 pieces. The cotton feels substantial, not flimsy, which is exactly what I hoped for.

The colors in this layer cake are even richer in person, and the 10-inch squares give me plenty of room to fussy-cut the print motifs. I've already used three squares for a quilt top and the 100% cotton pressed up crisp without any fraying.

The fabric is beautifully soft right out of the package, and the Butternut and Sage color palette feels rich without being overwhelming. I'm already planning a scrappy quilt with these 42 pieces.
