The purple vines and small flowers on this flannel are delicate without being too busy — exactly what I needed for a cozy quilt backing. The cotton has a nice, soft hand right out of the package, and the width gave me plenty of room for my project.

The 100% cotton flannel is incredibly soft against the skin, and the violet pansy tones in the vines are a perfect match for my living room throw pillows. I'm cutting this into squares for a baby quilt and it washes up beautifully without fading.

The leafy vine pattern is so delicate up close, and the flannel's got that soft, brushed feel that makes you want to keep touching it. I bought a quarter-yard to test for a baby quilt backing, and it's plenty wide at 44 inches.
