NORTHCOTT - Bliss Basics by Northcott Studio - Oasis - Amethyst

The amethyst shade is exactly what I needed for my quilt top, and the fabric has a lovely, soft hand that made it easy to cut and piece. It presses beautifully without any shifting, which saved me so much time.

I've been using this fabric for quilting and the 108-inch width saved me so much time piecing backings. The amethyst shade is a true purple that doesn't wash out after pre-washing.

The amethyst color is even richer in person than it looked on screen, and the fabric has that soft, substantial feel you want for a quilt backing. I've already washed it once and it came out perfectly smooth, no pilling or fading.
