The hand-feel of this cotton is what sold me—it's soft but has that crispness that makes precise piecing a joy. The teal batik pattern has a lovely subtle mottling that adds depth to my quilt blocks without overpowering them.

The teal is so rich and saturated, it really pops against the white calcite swirls. I washed a fat quarter on warm and the color didn't bleed or fade at all, the fabric held its crispness perfectly.

The print has this lovely marbled depth that shifts in the light, and the fabric itself is a comfortable quilting weight, not too stiff. I've already cut into it for a project and it pressed out beautifully.
