The watercolor-style foliage and ferns are so soft and painterly, they make the whole fabric feel like a storybook illustration. Cut into it for a quilt backing and the weave is tight but still drapes nicely, no fraying headaches.

The watercolor-style mice peeking out from among the ferns and wildflowers are just charming, and the fabric has that lovely crisp hand you want for piecing. I've already cut into it for a baby quilt and the colors stayed true through a prewash.

The berry print with the tiny mushrooms hidden in the leaves is even more delicate in person, and the cotton feels nice and smooth under my needle. Perfect for a spring quilt I’m piecing together.
