نورثكوت - Dinosaurus by Banyan Batiks - Fossilized - K50147 - #278-BT

The brown has so much depth and the batik texture really makes the fossil look three-dimensional. I'm already planning a second quilt around this exact colorway.

The batik texture on this Fossilized brown is perfect for my dinosaur quilt—the subtle fossil imprints show up beautifully against the earthy tone. It’s soft enough to hand-stitch without fighting me, and the colorway coordinates easily with other fabrics I had.

The brown fossilized background really makes the dinosaur motifs pop, and the fabric has a nice, soft hand for piecing. I used it for a baby quilt and it sewed up smoothly without fraying.
