The instructions for piecing the gingerbread trim are so clear that my Victorian row came together perfectly. I love how the 60" x 72" finish fits a standard bed, and the colors really pop against the neutral background.

I was a little intimidated by all those tiny Victorian-style windows at first, but the pattern's step-by-step diagrams for each house block really cleared things up. Finished the top in about a week.

The color placement guide makes it so easy to mix and match those vibrant fabrics from my stash. Already planning a second one using softer shades for a different feel.
