The fat quarter layout makes this pattern so easy to pull fabric for, and the 50x60 finished size is perfect for a throw. I finished the top in one weekend, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn't second-guess a single cut.

I was a little intimidated by a 50x60 quilt, but the fat quarter instructions broke everything down into manageable steps. The finished size is perfect for a cozy lap throw.

The fat quarter layout made piecing these blocks feel manageable and fun. I love that it comes together to a nice throw size without needing extra yardage. It’s a great weekend project that actually looks complicated when it’s done.
