Pioneer Sampler DVD

I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the footage—the Rocky Mountain Puzzle block really shows the stunning landscape beautifully. The DVD runs exactly as promised, and Eleanor’s narration makes the long journey feel personal and engaging.

The five and a half hours of footage felt like a real journey alongside the families crossing the west. I especially loved the Golden Gate block—it’s such a vivid tribute to those pioneer women. This DVD is a perfect way to spend a quiet afternoon.

Pretty good value for the price—5.5 hours of content means you definitely get your money's worth. I was hoping for a bit more detail on the actual overland journey itself, but the Golden Gate and Rocky Mountain Puzzle segments are solid enough.
