RILEY BLAKE - مخبوز بالحب من لوري هولت - فطيرة - ماريجولد

I was a little worried the pie print would be too cutesy, but the scale is just right for a small quilt. The cotton has a nice, tight weave and handled the rotary cutter without fraying.

The marigold yellow is even prettier in person — perfectly matches the pie theme without being too loud. It presses nicely for piecing and the 43-inch width gave me plenty of room for cutting templates.

The 100% cotton feels sturdy without being stiff, and the pie pattern is perfectly crisp against that warm marigold background. I've already washed it once and the colors didn't bleed or fade at all. Exactly what I hoped for my quilt backing.
