RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Barn Red

The color "Barn Red" is exactly the rich, deep shade I was hoping for, and it held up perfectly after the first wash with no fading at all. I'm using it for a quilt backing, and the 44" width gives me plenty to work with.

This red has the softest hand of any quilting cotton I’ve worked with, draping beautifully without any stiffness. The 44-inch width gave me plenty of room for my patchwork pieces, and the color stayed rich after a pre-wash.

The red is so true to the swatch—vibrant but not neon—and it holds up beautifully after a prewash. I've used it in a few quilts already, and the 43/44" width gives me plenty of room to cut fussy pieces.
