RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Cobalt

The hand of this cotton is so soft, I’m excited to use it for a quilt top. The width is generous for cutting multiple squares, and the cobalt color is vibrant without being harsh.

The cobalt shade is exactly the rich, true blue I was hoping for, and the 44-inch width gave me plenty of room to cut my quilt pieces without waste. It pressed flat with barely a wrinkle, which made piecing a breeze.

The hand on this quilting cotton is genuinely soft, not stiff like some cheaper solids I’ve worked with. The cobalt shade is rich and saturated, and at 43/44" wide there was plenty of yardage for my backing panels without any awkward piecing.
