RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Dahlia Red

The hand on this cotton is so soft that I didn't want to prewash it, but I did and it came out perfectly flat with no fraying. It's a true, rich dahlia red that adds a pop to my patchwork blocks.

This red is exactly what I needed for a quilt backing—deep and true without any bleeding after the first wash. The 43-inch width gave me just enough to cut my backing pieces without awkward seams, and the fabric's soft hand made it easy to press.
