RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Pine Valley

The fabric has such a lovely soft hand, it glides through my sewing machine without any puckering. I used it for a baby quilt and the 100% cotton washed up beautifully.

The color is exactly what I needed for a quilt backing, and at 43/44 inches wide it gave me plenty of room to work with. It held up nicely through prewashing and the weave feels sturdy enough for everyday use.

The hand on this cotton is genuinely soft, not the stiff feeling you get with some quilting fabrics. I’ve already washed a fat quarter and it came out smooth with zero fraying, which makes me want to order more for my next project.
