RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Riley Gray

The hand of this quilting cotton is incredibly soft—much nicer than I expected for a solid. It handled the prewash beautifully with almost no shrinkage, and the 43/44-inch width gave me plenty of room to cut my pieces.

The 44-inch width is generous for my quilt squares, and the fabric pressed up nice and crisp without any fraying. I’ve already ordered more in this gray because it matches perfectly with my other prints.

The hand on this 100% cotton is noticeably soft, even before washing, and the width gives plenty for cutting fat quarters. It's become my go-to neutral for backing a baby quilt, and the gray is rich without reading blue at all.
