Cut several quilt squares from this and was surprised how nicely it pressed—the cotton twill holds a crease well without feeling stiff. It’s lightweight enough for gathered skirts too, but still opaque enough for a lined bag.

The stonewash color is exactly what I was hoping for—soft and not too dark. This 4.5-ounce cotton twill feels substantial yet breathable, perfect for a light jacket. I’m already planning my next project with the leftover fabric.

The 58-inch width gave me plenty of fabric for a gathered skirt, and the stonewash color is exactly what I wanted for a casual look. It’s lightweight but not flimsy, which makes it easy to work with on my sewing machine.
