The colors in this berry and sage print are so much richer in person than on screen—the soft greens really pop against the deep berry tones. The fabric has a nice, substantial hand to it, not too flimsy, and the 44-inch width gave me plenty to work with for a quilt backing.

The 1 1/2 yard cut is generous, and the Berry & Sage print on this homespun Alpine cotton has a subtle, cozy texture that quilts beautifully. I already have a couple of projects in mind for the rest of it.

The colors in this Berry & Sage print are even prettier in person, and the 100% cotton feels nice and sturdy for quilting. Having a full 1 1/2 yards gives me plenty of room to fussy-cut the little berries without wasting a scrap.
