I love how this pattern uses a traditional tree shape but gives it a fresh, modern feel with the sampler-style blocks. The finished size is perfect for a twin bed or cozy throw, and the instructions for the appliqué were clear enough for me to follow without any trouble.

The instructions for constructing each tree block are surprisingly clear, and having a generous 59½" x 80½" finished size makes this perfect for snuggling under on the couch. My blocks came together much faster than I expected for a sampler-style pattern.

I love that the finished quilt is such a generous lap size—perfect for cozying up on the couch during the holidays. The instructions were clear and the tree blocks came together nicely with my stash fabrics.
