The tan background in this fabric really makes the intricate Danhui Nai texture pop, and it’s soft enough to handle beautifully under the needle. I’m using it for appliqué blocks and the pattern stays crisp without fraying. It’s quickly become my favorite neutral for this project.

I’ve been using this for a quilt top and the tan color is exactly what I needed—it blends without disappearing. The 100% cotton feels sturdy but not stiff, and it pressed up nicely for my appliqué pieces.

The texture on this is perfect—not too flat, not too busy—for setting off pieced blocks without competing with them. The 100% cotton has just enough body to press crisply, and the tan reads as a warm neutral in my stash. Already thinking about what to pair it with next.
