The weight of this fabric is perfect for piecing—it presses flat without any shifting. I’m using it as the background in a baby quilt and the soft gray marble adds just the right amount of visual interest without being busy.

The gray marble pattern has just the right amount of subtle detail to add depth without being overpowering. It’s soft and smooth to the touch, and it pressed beautifully for my quilt blocks.
