The shooting star blocks came together so nicely, and I appreciate that the pattern gives four size options. I used fat quarters from my stash and it worked perfectly.

The shooting star blocks come together surprisingly quick for such a detailed look—I love how the pattern uses fat quarters without any waste. I've got the twin size basted and ready to quilt after just a few evenings of sewing.

I usually buy full yardage, but the fat quarter options here meant I could finally use up my stash. The instructions for the four sizes were clear enough that I didn't second-guess any of my seam allowances.
