MARCUS FABRICS - Aunt Grace Goes Scrappy von Judie Rothermel - Tulpen - Gelb

I was a little worried the yellow would be too bright, but it's actually a soft, sunny shade that works perfectly for my scrappy quilt blocks. The tulip motifs are spaced nicely, making them easy to fussy cut if you want.

The yellow in this tulip print is so warm and true to the photos, and the fabric has that nice, tight weave that makes it easy to cut for quilting. I’ve already paired it with a few solids for a baby quilt and the vintage feel is exactly what I wanted.

Finally got my hands on this tulip print and the yellow is just sunny without being loud. The fabric weight feels sturdy enough for quilting, and the scrappy design makes it easy to mix with solids. Cut a fat quarter for a test block and it pressed beautifully, no fraying at the edges.
