The blue in this Lake colorway is so rich and saturated, it really makes the vine pattern pop against the cream background. I’ve already cut into it for a quilt backing and the 44/45-inch width gave me plenty of room to work with.

The fabric has a nice, soft hand right out of the package and the 44/45 inch width gave me plenty of room for my quilt blocks. I was worried the white background would be too stark but it balances the blue vines perfectly.

The blue Lake colorway is even richer in person, and the cotton has a nice crisp hand that held a crease perfectly for my patchwork blocks. I used it for a baby quilt and the fabric was a dream to cut and piece together.
