The quilts in this book really do look way more complicated than they are—I finished one lap-size top in a single afternoon using the Stripology ruler method. The 17 patterns give you plenty of variety, and the instructions are clear enough that even a beginner can pull off something impressive.

Bought this for my weekend sew days and already picked three quilts to try – the fact that 17 patterns rely on the Stripology rulers makes cutting and piecing so much faster. Some of the designs look way more complicated than they actually are, which is exactly what I wanted.
