Sweet & Simple Hour by Hour

The finished size is just right for my dining table, and the reproduction fabrics give it that authentic vintage feel I was hoping for. Stitching the hourglass blocks together was straightforward, and the pattern instructions were clear enough even for a beginner like me.

The hourglass block seams lined up perfectly on my first try, which never happens for me with scrappy patterns. Finished runner measures exactly as described and lays beautifully flat on my sideboard. I'm already planning a second one in different colors.

I was a little nervous about picking the right fabrics for the 22-1/2in x 46-1/2in size, but the pattern made it easy to show off my reproduction prints. The hourglass blocks lined up perfectly with the clear directions, and it's now my favorite seasonal runner.
